Create a POD for a shipment (Carrier)

This option is only available if the status for the shipment leg is In Transit, Partially Delivered, Delivered or Partially POD.

The statuses Partially Delivered and Partially POD are only applicable for shipment legs attached to a manifest.

1. Perform one of the following tasks:
   • Display the list of shipments for a load – Track and Trace (Carrier). Then, select a shipment leg.
   • Display the list of shipments for a stop (Carrier). Then, select a shipment leg.
   • Display and work with a shipment’s history (Carrier).
   • Display shipment operations for an alert (Carrier/Employee) - Monitoring Module.
2. Click POD. The POD screen is displayed.
3. Enter the POD information.
4. Click Submit. The previous screen is displayed and the POD information is submitted for processing. An error message is displayed if the submission was not successful.
