Create a POD for a shipment leg detail (Carrier)

This option is only available if the status for the shipment leg detail is In Transit or Delivered.

1. Perform one of the following tasks:
   • Display and work with a shipment leg detail's history (Carrier).
   • Select a shipment detail by selecting Track and Trace> Shipment leg Detail.
2. Click POD. The POD screen is displayed.
3. Enter the POD information.
4. Click Submit. The previous screen is displayed and the POD information is submitted for processing. An error message is displayed if the submission was not successful.
