Display dock commitment properties (Carrier)

1. Select a dock commitment (Carrier).
2. Click Properties. The Dock Commitment Properties screen is displayed. This screen is displayed in View or Edit mode based on your authorization level and the status of the corresponding load and stop, if the dock commitment is associated.
