Display loading instructions (Carrier)

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

1. Perform one of the following tasks:
   • Display the load confirmation screen (Carrier).
   • Display the list of Stops of a Load/Work with Stops screen (Carrier).
   • Display the list of stops of a load/Work with Stops screen (Employee).
   • Display the list of stops (Carrier).
2. Select a pickup stop.
3. Click Loading Instructions (or Operations > Loading instructions). The Loading Instructions screen is displayed.
4. Change or enter the loading instructions in the Loading Instructions box.
5. Click Submit. The loading instructions are saved.

OR

1. Display stop operations for an alert (Carrier/Employee) – Monitoring Module.
2. Click More > Loading Instructions. The Loading Instructions screen is displayed.
3. Change or enter the loading instructions in the Loading Instructions box.
4. Click Submit. The loading instructions are saved.

From Transportation Smartbench:

1. Run a search to populate a stop view.
2. Select a pickup stop.
3. Click Loading Instructions. The Loading Instructions for Stop dialog box is displayed.
4. Change or enter the loading instructions, as needed.
5. Click Save.
