Reject a trip tender (Carrier)

Note: Authorized users can reject tender requests in both Tendered and Tender Accepted operational status.

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

  1. Do one of the following tasks:
  2. Click Reject or Reject Tender Request. If one tender was selected, the Tender Reject screen is displayed. If multiple tenders were selected (applicable only from the List of Load Tenders or List of Tender Requests), the Tender Reject Selected Requests screen is displayed.
  3. Choose a Reject Reason from the list of valid codes, and click Reject. If the rejection was successful, the status of the tender request becomes Tender Rejected and it is no longer in the list of open tenders.

From Transportation Smartbench:

  1. Run a search to populate a Trips view.
  2. Select a trip.
  3. Click Trip Tender Reject. The Tender Reject Selected Trips dialog box is displayed.
  4. Select a value from the Reject Reason Code drop-down list and click Submit. If the rejection is successful, the status of the tender request becomes Tender Rejected.
