Search for commitments for a dock (Carrier)

1. Display the list of commitments for a dock (Carrier).
2. Click the Search icon on the List of Commitments for Dock. The Search for Dock Commitments screen is displayed.
3. Enter your search criteria.
4. Click Search. The List of Commitments for Dock is displayed. Contents of list are based on revised search criteria.
