Set appointment status (Carrier)

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

  1. Perform one of the following steps:
  2. Click Set Appointments Status. The Set Appointments Status page is displayed.
  3. Specify the desired status for the selected entity.
  4. Specify an appropriate Reason Code.
  5. Click Submit. The status of the associated appointment for each selected entity is updated to the status specified.

From Transportation Smartbench:

  1. Run a search to populate a Stop view.
  2. Select one or more stop.
  3. Click Set Appointments Status. The Set Appointments Status for Selected Stops dialog box is displayed.
  4. Specify the desired Appointment Status and Reason Code.
