Generate an Appointment Event (Carrier/Employee)

1. Perform one of the following tasks:
   • Display the list of Stops of a Load/Work with Stops screen (Carrier).
   • Display the list of stops of a load/Work with Stops screen (Employee).
   • Display the list of stops (Carrier).
2. Select a stop.
3. Click Appointments. The Appointments menu is displayed.
4. Click Generate Appointment Event. The Generate Eventscreen is displayed.
5. Select an appropriate Reason Code.
6. Enter additional information in the Event Text field (optional).
7. Click Submit. An appointment event with the specified Reason Code is generated.

OR

1. Display stop operations for an alert (Carrier/Employee) – Monitoring Module.
2. Click Appointments. The Appointments menu is displayed.
3. Click Generate Appointment Event. The Generate Event screen is displayed.
4. Select an appropriate Reason Code.
5. Enter additional information in the Event Text field (optional).
6. Click Submit. An appointment event with the specified Reason Code is generated.
