Change an itinerary step (Customer)
- Perform one of the following tasks:
- Display a shipment’s itinerary (Customer).
- Display a shipment’s itinerary (Employee).
The Shipment Itinerary list is displayed.
- Select an itinerary step.
- Click Properties. If the action is allowed, the Update Itinerary Step screen is displayed.
- Make any necessary changes.
- Click Submit.
Note: You cannot change an itinerary step (shipment leg) that is assigned to a load.
