Preview/Download the latest version of an attachment (All)

  1. Display the list of attachments (All).
  2. Perform one of the following steps:
    • From the Transportation Manager Web user interface, select an attachment and click Preview/Download, as needed.

      • Note: If an attachment has multiple versions, only the latest version will be downloaded or previewed.

    • From Transportation Smartbench:
      • To preview an attachment, right-click the hyperlink enabled attachment name and select View.
      • To download an attachment, click the hyperlink enabled attachment name.

      Note: If an attachment has multiple versions, only the latest version will be downloaded or previewed.
