Jobs Queue for Job Instance
This page displays the status of the current job instance and those of the linked job instances. You can access this page via the Status operation from the Jobs Queue view and when a job instance is run in Synchronous mode.
The dialog displays the details of the selected job instance and of subsequent linked job instances similar to the Jobs Queue view.
The top portion of this dialog displays a graphical representation of jobs that are executed in the job instance. For information on the display color and shape of the job node, see Job Definition Workflow view.
You can hover on the job node to view the details of the job instance.
You can configure display color of jobs based on their statuses using the Customize Colors () icon.
The following color coding is applied to indicate execution path of each job:
- Not executed jobs: Gray
- Next job on success is executed: Green Arrow (solid)
- Next job on success is not executed: Green Arrow (dotted)
- Next job on failure is executed: Red Arrow (solid)
- Next job on failure is not executed: Red Arrow (dotted)
Operations
- Abort: Allows you to cancel the processing of the selected job instance. Only applicable to job instances that are in the Processing status.
- History: Displays the History of the selected job instance.
- Message Log: Displays the message log associated with the selected job instance.
- Move to Background/Close: This option is available only when a job instance is initiated synchronously in TSB.
Note: For Chaining jobs, this operation allows you to view the executed jobs for an entity in a graphical representation. You must select an entity from the history to view the graphical representation of all executed jobs for the entity.
