Shared searches

A user can share searches with other users in the same user group by selecting the Shared check box in group item properties. Shared items are displayed in the search panel in italic text for the user who shared it and in the shared panel for others in the user group.

Sharing a search group does not share search or list page customizations. The Preferred flag for shared searches and search groups is not applicable for other users in the user group.
