Shipment Entry Template (Customer)

Use this screen to enter information such as the Customer, Division, Logistics Group, Shipment Version, and Shipment Type for the shipment that you are creating. Your choices for the template affect the behavior of the shipment as well as default values on subsequent screens in the shipment entry flow.

Only employees and non-restricted customer users can access to the Shipment Entry Template. When these users click New from the List of Shipments to create a shipment, the Template screen is displayed.

Customer ID can only be specified by employee users.

Division, Logistics Group, Shipment Version and Shipment Type can be edited only by unrestricted users.
