Copy Searches

This page is displayed as the result of running the Copy Searches item from the Admin panel. The feature provides the ability to replicate one or more saved search from one “source user” to one or more “target user(s)”.

Select a row in the Source User pane to populate the Searches for User pane.
Select one or more rows in the Searches for User pane.
Select one or more rows in the Target User(s) pane.
Click OK.

Notes:

Selected searches must define data selection criteria to copy successfully. That is, “empty searches” will fail to copy.
If a selected target user already defines a search having the same name as a selected search, it will not be copied.
Use Picker filters in Source User and Target User(s) panes if needed to narrow user selection.
