Copy User Group Configuration

The Copy User Group Configuration dialog is presented when selecting the Copy User Group Configuration item from the Admin panel. This dialog provides the ability to replicate the user group configuration from one “source user group” to one or more “target user group(s)”.

Select a record in the Source User Group pane, then select one or more records in the Target User Group(s) pane and click OK. This will copy all access level configurations from the selected source user group to the selected target user group(s).

IMPORTANT: This operation replaces the stored configurations of Target User Group(s), if any, with the configuration of the Source User Group. The operation is primarily intended for setting up new user group. If applied against an established target user group, all previous access level configurations defined for that user group will be lost.
