Access Level Editable Fields Configuration

Access Level Editable Fields control which system-defined editable fields are exposed to users as editable in entity search result grids.

Presentation is based on system-defined editable fields for the entity selected into the operation. De-selecting a field removes the user’s ability to edit that field.

Notes:

This access level is intended for use cases where at least one editable field is needed.
If a user group should not be allowed to edit any fields in a search results grid, use the screen element framework to disable the Submit operation for the entity type grid exposed to this user group.

Page buttons

Reset to Defaults: Updates current checkbox selections to the system default configuration.

Save: Saves the access level definition to the database and closes this dialog.

Cancel: Closes this dialog without saving changes.

Operations

Help : Displays the OnLine Expert for the Access Level Editable Fields Configuration in a separate window.

Close : Closes the Select Editable Fields dialog.
