Access Level Search Fields Configuration

Access Level Searchable Fields is used to configure the availability of entity type fields in search pages. Use this access level option to hide fields when users visit an entity search page.

Presentation is based on system-defined search fields for the entity selected into the operation. The tree view lists entity search page section headings collapsed by default. Each can be expanded to show the individual fields defined in each section. Use the checkboxes to De-select the fields or sections that should be hidden from the target User Group. De-selecting a section heading will hide all the fields in that section.

Page buttons

Reset to Defaults: Updates current checkbox selections to the system default configuration.

Save: Saves the access level definition to the database and closes this dialog.

Cancel: Closes this dialog without saving changes.

Operations

Help : Displays the OnLine Expert for the Access Level Search Fields Configuration in a separate window.

Close: Closes the Select Search Fields dialog.
