Access Level Viewable Fields Configuration

Access Level Viewable Fields is used to limit which entity type fields are made available to user group users for configuring entity search result grids and properties pages.

Presentation is based on system-defined viewable fields for the entity selected into the operation. De-selecting a field removes the user’s ability to view that field in Customize Layout operations.

Page buttons

Reset to Defaults: Updates check box selections to the system default configuration.

Save: Saves the access level definition to the database and closes this dialog.

Cancel: Closes this dialog without saving changes.

Operations

Help: Displays the OnLine Expert for the Access Level Viewable Fields Configuration in a separate window.

Close: Closes the Select Viewable Fields dialog.
