User Activity Report
A User Activity Report compares the before and after state of user activity during a defined time period for an entity type. It is a container for defining criteria for a specific report. Reports may be placed in a group item or may stand alone in the Reports panel.
A User Activity Report identifies all entities altered by a user during the defined time period. An entity is considered to be altered by a user if there exists an audit record for the entity where the user’s ID matches the ‘Event Triggered By User ID’ field. For each entity, the before state of the entity is the state of the entity immediately before the first alteration by the user during the time period is identified. If the entity did not exist before the first alteration by the user, the entity is considered a new entity for the baseline report. The report then identifies the after state for each entity. The after state of the entity is the state of the entity represented by the last user alteration during the report time period. Metrics and conditions defined for the User Activity report are calculated for the before state of all identified entities and for the after state of all identified entities. The report displays the result of these calculations.
User Activity Report supports the following audit entity types:
- Bookings
- Loads
- Stops
- Trips
