Assign a load to an existing booking (Employee)

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

  1. Perform one of the following tasks:
  2. Select one or more loads.
  3. Click Assign to Existing Booking. The Assign Loads to Existing Booking page is displayed.
  4. Select a booking.
  5. Click Submit/Finish to attach the selected loads and return to the page from which the Assign Loads to Existing Booking operation is run. Alternatively, click Submit/Manage Booking to attach the selected loads and go to the Loads Assigned to Booking page.

From Transportation Smartbench (Employee):

  1. Run a search to populate a load view.
  2. Select the required loads.
  3. Drag and drop to move loads
  4. Perform one of the following:
    • Click Evaluate button to open the Evaluate Summary page. For more information, see Evaluate Summary Page.
    • Click Save to perform the assign a load to an existing trip operation and, if successful, save the changes.
    • Click Cancel button to exit the page.

Note: Load routing/rating/scheduling results are removed (deleted) when the load is added successfully to an existing booking. Booking routing/rating/scheduling is not performed when the load is added to a booking. Booking rating is available as a separate operation.
