Cancel a booking (Employee)

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

  1. Display the list of bookings (Employee).
  2. Select a booking.
  3. Click Cancel Booking. A confirmation message is displayed.
  4. Click Yes.

From Transportation Smartbench (Employee):

  1. Run a search to populate a booking view.
  2. Select a booking.
  3. Click Cancel Booking.

Notes:

  • You can cancel a booking only when:
    • operational status for the booking is not All Loads Confirmed , All Loads Completed or Cancelled.
    • financial status for the booking is Ineligible or Voucher Pending.
    • the booking must not be active for re-planning.
    • the booking must not contain loads with Confirming or higher status.
  • When a booking is canceled, all assigned loads are removed from the booking.
