Cancel an optimization request (Employee)

The user requesting the cancel operation must be the same as the Created By User for the optimization request, or this user must be authorized to the optimization request’s plan

1. Do one of the following:
   • From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

   Select Load Build > Optimization Requests. The List of Optimization Requests screen is displayed.

   • From Transportation Smartbench (Employee):

   Run a search to populate an optimization request view.

2. Select an optimization request in the Wait or Hold status.
3. Click Cancel. The optimization request is placed in the Canceled status. Shipments legs selected for optimization that were assigned to the request are un-assigned from the request and return to Processed Unattached status.
