Collapse entire itinerary
You cannot collapse the entire itinerary for a shipment unless all of the following are true:
- The shipment has more than one leg
- None of the legs for the shipment are attached to a load
- All of the legs for the shipment are attached to the current plan (if requested from the context of a specific plan) or none of the legs for the shipment are attached to any plan (if requested from the context of shipment legs not attached to a plan)
- All of the legs for the shipment are in a status of Processed or Selected For Optimization
- Spot Rates have not been defined for any of the shipment’s legs
- The shipment is not hold
- None of the shipment’s legs are suspended
For each identified shipment, if the Shipment has an Incoterms Shipping Location specified and this location is different from both Shipment’s Origin and Destination, the new Itinerary will consist of two legs, defined by Shipment’s Origin, the Incoterms Shipping Location and the Shipment’s Destination. Otherwise (no Incoterms Shipping Location specified or specified but equal to either Shipment’s Origin or Destination), the itinerary will consist of only one leg, defined by Shipment’s Origin and the Shipment’s Destination
