Delete a dock commitment (Carrier)

  1. Select a dock commitment (Carrier).
  2. Click Delete. If the Request Reason Code screen is displayed, select a Reason Code and click Submit.

Note: Authorized users will be presented a version of the Delete Dock Commitment operation that will allow a dock commitment to be deleted even when the applicable stop has been confirmed (pickup stops) or delivery/POD has been reported (delivery stops).
