Drag and drop to swap dock commitments

In Transportation Smartbench, the drag and drop feature allows you swap dock commitments actions without invoking the operations from the toolbar:

You can use this feature in any one of the following ways:

Drag a selected row from the Stop List and drop it on a Dock Commitment List/Dock Schedule item.
Drag a selected row from the Dock Commitment List and drop on a Stop List row which is linked to a dock commitment.
Drag a selected row from the Dock Commitment List and drop it on another Dock Commitment List item (different list) or Dock Schedule timeline item.

Review the changes presented in the resulting dialog and adjust as needed. Complete the operation using Save, or use Cancel to exist without saving.

Notes:

The Swap operation must be enabled in the target view for drag and drop behaviors to be recognized.
Selected dock commitments must be for the same shipping location, and the user must be authorized to both dock commitments involved in the swap.
Swap attempts from a Stop List (using drag and drop) require the stop be associated to a dock commitment. If it is not associated, that action will trigger Update behavior.
