Import bid entities from LP to Procurement Bridge

  1. Select the Import Bid Entities menu option. The Import Bid Entities page, which lists the mapping entities such as Carrier, Zone/Hub, Service, Equipment Type, and so on is displayed. You can append or overwrite the mapping import form by using the following radio buttons:
    • Append: Uploads a new record if it does not exist. If a record already exists, then the record in the upload file is ignored.
    • Overwrite: Deletes the existing data from the mapping tables and inserts new data from the uploaded spreadsheet for that mapping entity.
  2. Click Browse and select the entity mapping file to upload.
  3. Click Import. Mapping data is imported into Procurement Bridge.
