Load History (Carrier)
This screen displays the events associated with the current load. This includes events that occurred at load level for the selected load, trip/booking level events, as well as events for the attached shipment legs.
List
The list is displayed by default in descending order based on the system date/time when the event occurred in Transportation Manager. For information on icons and functionalities available on the list pages, see Web Interface lists..
By default, the list will be restricted to events that have been recorded at load level.
The Load History screen can present the following events for a selected load:
- All load level events recorded in the A/P operational transition table where the Load ID is equal to the selected load ID. This represents the load level events for the selected load. For these events, the Event For column will be "Load".
- All trip or booking level events recorded in the A/P operational transition table where the Load ID is equal to the selected Load ID and the load refers to a trip or booking, if applicable. This includes events that occurred when the load was not attached to the trip/booking at the time the event occurred. For these events, the Event For column will be "Trip" or "Booking".
- All events recorded in the A/P operational transition table where the Shipment Leg ID is equal to the ID for any of the shipment legs that currently refer to the selected load. This includes events that transpired when the shipment leg was not attached to the current load, including events that occurred when the shipment leg was attached to a different load. For these events, the Event For column will be "Shipment Leg".
The Load History list will NOT present the following:
- For carrier users, events will be excluded if the Carrier ID is defined and not equal to the carrier’s own ID.
- Any shipment leg level events for shipment legs that were attached to the load at the time the event occurred but are no longer attached to the load, and any trip/booking level event that occurred while the load was attached to a trip/booking but is no longer attached.
Note: Since events will not be recorded at shipment leg container level for shipment legs attached to loads, there will never be any shipment leg container level data when the Load History list is presented for a load, or for a shipment leg attached to a load.
