Load Schedule List (Employee)
This page displays scheduling details for a load. The list will breakdown the moving and stopped (i.e. non-moving times), as computed when scheduling was most recently performed for the load. Rows representing stopped time will have a reason (e.g. Driver Break, Loading, Unloading, Weekend Break).
Note: A warning message is displayed if the load itinerary or schedule information is not up-to-date.
This page displays load schedules in the following tabs:
- Execution Mode Schedule: Displays the Execution mode load schedule information (if any).
- Planning/Confirmation Mode Schedule: Displays the Planning or Confirmation mode load schedule information.
Note: This tab is displayed only when the Scheduling Mode is set to Execution in the Global Settings page. See Scheduling Controls.
Schedule Type for each schedule entry will be Pre-Loading, Moving, Stopped, or Post-Discharge.
When Schedule Type is Stopped there will be a Schedule Stop Reason Code which will contain one of these values:
- Off Duty: Only applies between two movements on a Super Trip. A Super Trip is a single vehicle used across multiple loads, or multiple trips, or a combination of loads and trips.
- DOT Break: These are regular driver breaks, taken while On Duty but do not lead to the driver starting fresh.
- Restart Break: These are breaks that are long enough that the driver starts fresh.
- Weekend Break: A break due to weekend break rules or where driving rules for the region do not allow driving on Saturday or Sunday. The driver restarts fresh after a weekend break.
Note: Pre-loading and Post-Discharge Schedule Types are for internal activities and the times may overlap times for carrier activities. Pre-loading entry’s Sequence Number is always 1 before all carrier activity entries, and Post-Discharge entry’s Sequence Number is always the last after all carrier activity entries.
