Reject a booking tender (Carrier)
Notes:
- Only authorized users can reject tender requests in both Tendered and Tender Accepted operational statuses.
- You cannot reject a tender request if it is in the process of booking revision.
From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:
- Do one of the following tasks:
- Click Reject or Reject Tender Request. If one tender is selected, the Tender Reject page is displayed. If multiple tenders are selected (applicable only from the List of Booking Tender Requests), the Tender Reject Selected Requests page is displayed.
- Select an appropriate Reject Reason from the list of valid codes, and click Reject. If the rejection is successful, the status of the tender request becomes Tender Rejected and it is no longer in the list of open tenders.
From Transportation Smartbench (Employee):
- Run a search to populate a booking view.
- Select a booking.
- Click Reject. The Tender Reject Selected Bookings dialog box is displayed.
- Select an appropriate Reject Reason from the list of valid codes, and click Submit. If the rejection is successful, the status of the booking and tender request becomes Tender Rejected .
