Sequence requirements for loads on trips

The following rules must be respected for stops and loads on trips:

  • A load that is not in Tendered Operational Status or higher cannot be positioned before a load that is in Tendered Operational Status.
  • A load that is not in Tender Accepted Operational Status or higher cannot be positioned before a load that is in Tender Accepted Operational Status or higher.
  • A load that is not in Confirming Operational Status or higher cannot be positioned before a load that is in Confirming Operational Status or higher. Note: At any given time, there will never be more than one load on the trip in Confirming Operational Status.
  • A load that is not in Confirmed Operational Status or higher cannot be positioned before a load that is in Confirmed Operational Status or higher.
  • A load that is not in Voucher Pending Financial Status cannot be positioned before a load that is in Voucher Pending Financial Status.
  • A load where none of the pickup stops have been confirmed cannot be positioned before a load where some or all pickup stops have been confirmed.
  • A load where some but not all of the pickup stops have been confirmed cannot be positioned before a load where all pickup stops have been confirmed.
