Set a booking to planned status (Employee)

Use the Set to Planned operation to change the booking status from Open to Planned.

Note: A booking must satisfy the following conditions to successfully perform this operation:

  • Booking must be in Open status
  • Booking is not active for re-planning
  • Booking does not contain suspended loads
  • All loads that are associated to a booking must be in Open status and assigned to a plan
  1. Display the list of bookings (Employee).
  2. Select the required bookings.
  3. Click Set to Planned. If successful, the operational status of the bookings and associated loads is changed to Planned.
