Set a plan to complete status (Employee)

When you have completed all activities associated with a load plan, set it to complete. When this operation is requested, the following actions occur:

  • Any loads currently attached to the plan are removed from the plan.
  • Any shipment legs currently attached to the plan are removed from the plan.
  • The plan is removed from the list of eligible plans for all users currently authorized to work with the plan.
  • For each user where this plan is the current plan, the user's profile is updated to indicate that there is no current plan.
  • The plan is deleted.

In some environments, the current plan for a user may never be set to complete. This would be true in cases where the plan is used as a staging area for all shipments and loads that still require additional planning.

  1. Click Load Build > Work with Plan > Plans. The List of Plans that match your search criteria is displayed.
  2. Select a plan.
  3. Click Set To Complete. A confirmation message is displayed.
  4. Click Yes.
