Set appointment status (Carrier)

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

  1. Perform one of the following steps:
    • Click Load Processing > Stops. The List of Load Stops page is displayed. Select one or more stops.
    • Click Dock Schedule > Dock Commitments. The List of Dock Commitments page is displayed. Select one or more dock commitments.
    • Display the dock schedule for a dock commitment (Carrier). Select one or more dock commitments on the Gantt chart.
  2. Click Set Appointments Status. The Set Appointments Status page is displayed.
  3. Specify the desired status for the selected entity.
  4. Specify an appropriate Reason Code.
  5. Click Submit. The status of the associated appointment for each selected entity is updated to the status specified.

From Transportation Smartbench:

  1. Perform one of the following steps:
    • Run a search to populate a Stop view and select one or more stop.
    • Run a search to populate a Dock Commitment view and select one or more dock commitment.
  1. Click Set Appointments Status. The Set Appointments Status dialog box is displayed.
  2. Specify the desired Appointment Status and Reason Code.
