Shipment History (Carrier)
This screen displays the events associated with the current shipment leg. This includes events for the selected shipment leg as well as events for the associated load or manifest and the attached shipment leg details.
List
The list is displayed by default in descending order based on the system date/time when the event occurred in Transportation Manager. For information on icons and functionalities available on the list pages, see Web Interface lists.
By default, the list will be restricted to events that have been recorded at shipment leg level.
The Shipment History page can present the following events for the selected shipment leg:
- All load or manifest level events recorded in the A/P operational transition table where the Load ID is equal to the Load ID referenced by the selected shipment leg, if applicable. This means that list will include all load/manifest level events for the load/manifest to which the shipment's leg is currently attached. For shipment legs attached to a load, this could include events that occurred when the shipment leg was not attached to the load at the time the load level event occurred, as would be the case if the leg was attached to the load after the tender was issued. For these events, the Event For column will be "Load" or "Manifest".
- All trip or booking level events recorded in the A/P operational transition table where the Load ID is equal to the Load ID referenced by the selected shipment leg, if applicable, and the load refers to a trip or booking. This means the list will include all trip/booking level events for the load to which the shipment's leg is currently attached. For shipment legs attached to a load, this could include events that occurred when the shipment leg was not attached to the load at the time the trip/booking level event occurred. For these events, the Event For column will be "Trip" or "Booking".
- All events recorded in the A/P operational transition table where the Shipment Leg ID is equal to the ID for the selected shipment leg. For these events, the Event For column will be "Shipment Leg".
- All events recorded in the A/P operational transition table where the Shipment Leg Detail ID is equal to the Shipment Leg Detail ID for any of the shipment leg details that currently refer to the applicable shipment leg. For these events, the Event For column will be "Shipment Leg Detail".
The Shipment History list will NOT present the following:
- Any load, trip, or booking level events for loads to which the shipment leg was at one time attached but is not currently attached.
