Suspend a load (Employee)
Notes:
- Suspended Loads will not be eligible for Rating, Routing and Scheduling or optimization. Loads cannot be suspended for the following:
- Financial status as Voucher Created and higher
- Loads in Closed or Completed status
- When a load is suspended, the following occur:
- Event Notification message LoadSuspended is created
- Monitoring Situation and Status Transition are triggered
- Last Reason Code is updated for the load.
From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:
- Perform one of the following tasks:
- Display the list of loads in process (Employee). Select a load.
- Display the list of loads attached to a plan (Employee). Select a load.
- Display the list of loads assigned to a trip (Employee). Select a load.
- Display the list of loads assigned to a booking (Employee). Select a load.
- Display load operations for an alert (Carrier/Employee) - Monitoring Module.
- Display the list of stops (Carrier). Select a stop.
- Display the list of dock commitments (Carrier). Select a dock commitment.
- Display the dock schedule for a dock commitment (Carrier). Select a bar on the chart.
- Display the list of commitments for a dock (Carrier). Select a dock commitment that is associated to a load.
- Click Suspend.
From Transportation Smartbench:
- Perform one of the following tasks:
- Run a search to populate the Load view. Select a load.
- Run a search to populate the Trips view. Select a trip and click Loads. Select a load.
- Run a search to populate the Bookings view. Select a booking and click Loads. Select a load.
- Run a search to populate the Dock Commitment view. Select a dock commitment.
- Run a search to populate the Shipment Leg view. Select a shipment leg and click Pickup Stop Dock Schedule/Delivery Stop Dock Schedule.
- Run a search to populate the Stop view. Select a stop and click Dock Schedule.
- Run a search to populate the Dock Commitment view. Select a dock commitment and click Dock Schedule. Select a bar on the timeline.
- Click Suspend.
