Generate Asset Activity

This page allows you to generate an asset activity from the Asset Activities view and Asset Schedule view in Transportation Smartbench. You can generate an activity in any of the following ways:

From the Asset Activity view, perform anyone one of the following:

Select an existing asset activity and then click Generate Activity.

Note: This method auto-populates necessary information (such as, Carrier, Asset ID, Activity Type, Current Location and other details) to generate an activity.

Click Generate Activity without selecting existing asset activity.

Note: In this method, you must populate necessary information (such as, Carrier, Asset ID, Activity Type, Current Location and other details) manually to generate an activity.

From the Asset Schedule view, select an asset assignment from the timeline view and then click Generate Activity.
