Tender Distribution via Email

Tenders will potentially be sent to multiple recipients.

Tenders will be addressed to the email address (or addresses) defined for the Carrier Tender Contact for the load. These email addresses will be mapped to the "Mail To" field all tender emails for the load.

For trips, Carrier Tender Contact info will be established for the first load on the trip.

The Primary flag for the Tender Contacts for the carrier or applicable domicile will be used to determine the Carrier Tender Contact for the load.

In addition to sending the tender to the Carrier Tender Contact assigned to the load, any additional Tender Contacts for the carrier or applicable domicile will be added to the "CC" field when a tender for the load is distributed via email. There will be no duplicates between the "Mail To" and "CC".

The "CC" recipients will receive emails for all tender events including Tender, Tender Cancellation and Tender Update.

The "CC" recipients will be appended without user intervention. The only way to suppress transmission of these emails would be to reconfigure the non-primary tender contacts for the carrier or domicile.

This functionality will not be applicable in environments where a single tender contact is defined for each domiciles and/or carriers, or for non-SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) environments where a single contact group can be designated as the target email address.
