Trip Tender - Contacts (Employee)
This screen can be accessed from the General tab when issuing a tender for a trip, or when updating an existing trip tender.
When accessing this screen while issuing a tender, if this is the first time any Tender Contacts screen has been accessed for this trip, or if any the key values associated with the first load on the trip have been modified since a Tender Contacts screen was last accessed for this trip, defaults will be established prior to presenting the page. Default logic will be triggered when any of the following values are modified: Carrier, Service, Tractor Domicile, Trailer Domicile, Tractor Equipment Type, Trailer Equipment Type.
You can use the Refresh icon to manually trigger default logic for both the Sender Contact and Carrier Contact for the tender. When Email notification is enabled, an email will be sent to the designated email addresses.
The Tender Response Required by Date/Time will define when a response to the tender must be provided by the carrier. Tenders for trips will not be automatically canceled even if a response is not received before the designated date/time.
Tender Distribution flags will be used to control how the tender will be sent to the carrier. These flags default based on the configuration of the applicable tariff/service combination but they can be overridden.
