Update Live/Non-Live Loading/Unloading (Carrier/Employee)

The page allows you to override the default settings for the Live vs. Non-Live Pick-Up and Drop-Off values for a load with a valid Override Reason.

Notes:

  • If the operation is initiated from a dock commitment selection, the dock commitment Activity Type must be Carrier and must be associated to a load.
  • The Live/Non-Live status can be updated for intermediate stops of a load only when the UpdateLiveNonLiveForAllDockCommittments (Application Configuration Setting) defined in the Global Settings - List of Application Configuration Settings (Employee)is set to True.

Error message is displayed when any of the following is true:

  • The load is in Open status and under a Plan ID to which the current user is not authorized
  • The load is in Closed or Canceled status
  • The load is undergoing re-planning
  • The load is undergoing Carrier Sequential Tendering
  • The load’s Financial Status is Voucher Created, Voucher Matched or Closed.
