View/Update load vehicle information (Carrier/Employee)
From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:
- Perform one of the following tasks:
- Display load details (Carrier).
- Display load properties (Employee).
- Click Financials > A/P > A/P Operations > Loads. Select a load.
- Click Financials > A/P > A/P Operations > Trips. Select a trip. Click Loads. Select a load.
- Display the list of loads processed by the optimization request (Employee). Select a load.
- Display the list of loads not attached to a plan (Employee). Select a load.
- Display the list of loads attached to a plan (Employee). Select a load.
- Display the list of loads that can be confirmed (Carrier). Select a load.
- Display the list of loads in process (Employee). Select a load.
- Display the list of load tenders (Carrier). Select a load.
- Display the list of tender requests (Carrier). Select a load level tender request.
- Display the list of loads assigned to a trip (Employee). Select a load.
- Display load operations for an alert (Carrier/Employee) - Monitoring Module.
- Display the list of loads – Load T&T (Carrier). Select a load.
- Click Vehicle Information. The Load Vehicle Information screen is displayed.
- Enter the vehicle information.
- Click Submit. The vehicle information is saved.
Note: Asset ID will be read-only, and when it is populated, the asset related information in other fields will also be read-only and defaulted from the asset profile.
From Transportation Smartbench:
- Run a search to populate the Load view.
- Select a load.
- Click Vehicle Information. The vehicle information for the selected load dialog box is displayed.
- Enter the vehicle information.
Notes:
Asset ID is editable for loads not on a trip. When Asset ID is populated, the appropriate asset related information in other fields is refreshed and defaulted from the asset profile. Multiple Asset IDs concatenated with a delimiter is supported.
- Use the drag-and-drop feature from a Load view and Assets view to maintain load level asset assignments for a trip, or when the concatenated Asset IDs are too long for the text box.
- Click Save. The vehicle information is saved.
