Create a POD for a stop (Carrier/ Employee)

This option is only available for drop stops if all dropped shipments are In Transit or have been Confirmed or Delivered.

  1. Perform one of the following tasks:
  2. Click POD (or Operations > POD). The POD screen is displayed.
  3. Enter the relevant POD information.
  4. Click Submit. The POD information is submitted for processing. An error message is displayed if the submission was not successful.

Note: POD is available from the Track and Track - View History page only when there is just one delivery stop for the load. If more than one delivery stop exists for the load, the stop for the load must be explicitly selected from the list of stops.
