Use this screen to enter proof of delivery information for a selected single-drop load or for a drop stop of a selected multi-drop load. You can only do this if the load is in In Transit status.
Entering POD information for a load or stop should be performed only when overrides are not required for the POD weight, pieces and pallets. Otherwise, POD should be reported for individual shipment legs.
If proof of delivery is performed at load or stop level, proof of delivery will be performed for all associated shipment legs where POD has not already been reported.
Note: The POD Date/Time should be expressed in the time zone context of the shipping location where the freight is being delivered. Reported Date/Time should be expressed in the time zone context of the system.
