Create or update an appointment (Carrier/Employee)

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

  1. Perform one of the following tasks:
  2. Select a stop.
  3. Click Appointment. The Appointment page is displayed.
  4. Enter appointment details.
  5. Click Submit. The appointment is saved.

OR

  1. Display stop operations for an alert (Carrier/Employee) – Monitoring Module.
  2. Click Appointment. The Appointment page is displayed.
  3. Enter appointment details.
  4. Click Submit. The appointment is saved.

From Transportation Smartbench (Employee):

  1. Run a search to populate the Load view.
  2. Select a load.
  3. Click Stops. The Stops dialog box is displayed.
  4. Select a stop.
  5. Click Appointment. The Appointment dialog box is displayed.
  6. Enter appointment details.
  7. Click Save. The appointment is saved.
