Manage the domicile resources for a load or trip (Carrier)

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

1. Perform one of the following tasks:
   • Display the tractor utilization chart (Carrier). Select a bar on the chart.
   • Display the list of assigned resources (Carrier). Select a resource.
   • Display the resource utilization chart (Carrier). Select a bar on the chart.
   • Display the list of loads attached to a plan (Employee). Select a load.
   • Display the list of loads not attached to a plan (Employee). Select a load.
   • Display the list of loads - rating view (Employee). Select a load.
   • Display the resource utilization list (Carrier). Select a resource.
   • Display the list of loads in process (Employee). Select a load.
   • Display the list of trips (Employee). Select a trip.
   • Display the list of loads – Load T&T (Carrier).
   • Display the list of loads that can be confirmed (Carrier). Select a load.
   • Select Financials > A/P > A/P Operations > Loads. Select a load.
   • Select Financials > A/P > A/P Operations > Trips. Select a trip.
2. Click Manage Domicile Resources. The Manage Domicile Resources page is displayed.

Note: This operation is only available from a list of loads or trips when a domicile based carrier has been assigned by routing/rating/scheduling and/or optimizer.

From Transportation Smartbench:

1. Perform one of the following tasks:
   • Run a search to populate a Load view. Select a load.
   • Run a search to populate a Trips view. Select a trip.
2. Click Manage Domicile Resources. The Manage Domicile Resources for Trip or Load dialog box is displayed.
3. Update the fields as needed and click Save.

   Note: You can manage the domicile resourses for a load or trip only when a domicile based carrier is assigned to the load or trip by routing/rating/scheduling and/or optimizer.
