Accept a booking tender (Carrier/Employee)

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

  1. Perform one of the following tasks:
  2. Click Accept or Accept Tender Request. The Booking Tender Accept page is displayed.
  3. Enter the required information.
  4. Click Accept. If the tender is successfully accepted, the status of the booking tender request changes to Tender Accepted.

From Transportation Smartbench (Employee):

  1. Run a search to populate a booking view.
  2. Select a booking.
  3. Click Accept. The Tender Accept for Selected Bookings dialog box is displayed.
  4. Provide the Accepted By Name, if necessary, and click Submit. If the update is successful, the status of the booking and the tender request becomes Tender Accepted.
