Delete an item (Carrier/Customer)
You can delete items from a shipment only if none of the itinerary steps associated with the shipment has progressed to Confirmed status.
You cannot delete an item if it is the only (or last remaining) item associated with a shipment detail.
Note: You can only access screens relating to items if the Item Level Details feature is enabled.
- Display the list of shipment details (Carrier) or Display the list of shipment details(Customer).
- Select the shipment detail whose items you want to work with.
- Click Items. The List of Items for your selected shipment detail is displayed.
- Select the item to delete.
- Click Delete. The List of Items is refreshed. The item you deleted is no longer displayed.
