List of Items (Carrier/Customer)

This screen displays the items associated with the current container, and their corresponding details.

An item is an object inside a container, which is in turn part of a shipment that is on a load. The hierarchy of transportation components from smallest to largest is therefore:

Item > Container > Shipment > Load

Entering item level detail is an important function of the shipment entry process.

Note: The screens relating to items will only be accessible if the Item Level Details feature is enabled.
