List of Shipment Details (All)

This page displays the shipment details associated with the current shipment, and their corresponding details. Shipment details carry the items of the shipment. There are two scenarios where shipment details for a shipment can be modified:

Scenario 1
- None of the itinerary steps for the shipment have been confirmed.
- Shipment has not been Confirmed, Closed or Cancelled.
- The user is authorized to perform updates based on the user's security profile.
Scenario 2
- At least one of the itinerary steps for the shipment has been confirmed.
- Post Confirmation Shipment Updates are allowed for the Shipment Type.
- The corresponding Load Financial Status is Ineligible or Voucher Pending for each of the Shipment's Legs that is attached to a load.
- The corresponding Load Operational Status is not Closed for any of the shipment's legs that are attached to a load.
- None of the shipment's legs are attached to a manifest.
- The user is authorized to perform updates based on the user's security profile.

Note: Your ability to modify shipment detail information is based on your user profile. Only non-restricted employee users can modify shipment details and shipment detail reference numbers for shipments created by another user.

Operations

Delete: Deletes the selected shipment detail.
Duplicate: Creates a copy of the selected shipment detail.
New: See Create Shipment Detail (Carrier/Customer).
