List of Shipments – Shipment Entry (Customer)
This screen displays information about all of your shipments.
Operations
- Cancel: See Request Reason Code (All).
- Charge Overrides: See Charge Overrides (All).
- Clear Override Horizon: Deletes the override horizon and resets to the shipment horizon.
- Close: Closes the selected shipment.
- Delete: Deletes the selected shipment entry.
- Distance/Transit Time: See Distance/Time Override (Customer/Employee).
- Duplicate: Creates a copy of the selected shipment. See Shipment Summary (Customer/Employee).
- Events: See Shipment Events (Customer).
- Generate Event: See Generate Event (All).
- Gross Margin: See Shipment Gross Margin (Employee).
- Hold: Holds a shipment from further processing.
- Itinerary: See Shipment Itinerary (Customer/Employee).
- New: Creates a shipment entry. See .Shipment Entry Template (Customer).
- Notes: See List of Notes (All).
- Print BOL: Prints a Bill of Lading (BOL) report for a shipment any time after the shipment has been created, until the shipment reaches Closed status. There is no limit to the number of times that you can reprint the report.
- Process: Processes the selected shipment.
- Properties: Displays information about the selected shipment entry. See Shipment Summary (Customer/Employee).
- Rate Shop: See Rate Shop (Employee).
- Rating: See Route, Rate and Schedule – Shipments (Customer/Employee).
- Release: Releases a held shipment to process it further.
- Remove Booking MITCC: Removes the booking Merge-In-Transit Consolidation Class (MITCC) from the selected shipments and corresponding shipment legs.
- Remove Load MITCC: Removes the load MITCC from the selected shipments and corresponding shipment legs.
- Responsible Customer Overrides: See Responsible Customer Overrides (Customer/Employee).
- Shipment Details: See List of Shipment Details (All).
- Shipment Reference Numbers - Single Page View: See Shipment Reference Numbers – Single Page View (Customer/Employee).
- Update Shipment Dates: See Update Shipment Dates (Customer).
- Urgent: Sets the priority as Urgent for the selected shipment.
- View History: See Shipment History (Customer).
