Shipment History (Customer)
This screen displays the events associated with the current shipment. This includes events for the selected shipment as well as events for the associated shipment legs, shipment leg details, loads and manifests, trips and bookings.
List
The list is displayed by default in descending order based on the system date/time when the event occurred in Transportation Manager. For information on icons and functionalities available on the list pages, see Web Interface lists.
By default, the list displays events that have been recorded at all levels.
The Shipment History list can present the following events for a selected shipment:

- All load and manifest level events recorded in the A/P operational transition table where the Load ID/Manifest ID is equal to the load/manifest currently assigned to any of the selected shipment's legs. For the shipment legs attached to loads, this means that list will include all load level events for the loads to which the shipment's legs are currently attached, even if the shipment leg was not attached to the load at the time the load level event occurred. For these events, the Event For column will be "Load" or "Manifest".
- All shipment leg level events recorded in the A/P operational transition table where the Shipment Leg ID is equal to the ID for any of the selected shipment's legs. This means that the list will include all shipment leg level events for the shipment legs that are currently defined for the shipment. For these events, the Event For column will be "Shipment Leg".
- All events recorded in the A/P operational transition table where the Shipment Leg Detail ID is equal to the Shipment Leg Detail ID for any of the shipment leg details that currently refer to the any of the shipment legs for the shipment. For these events, the Event For column will be "Shipment Leg Detail".
